Kettle Falls

Less than an hour south of the Canadian border sits the great little town of Kettle Falls. Kettle as locals refer to it has a population of 1769 happy people and one grump! That’s according to the official local lore. Kettle sits right at the junction of the Kettle and Columbia rivers. A few sawmills provide the majority of employment for the happy folks of Kettle Falls. I don’t think that the grump does any actual work even though it’s an elected position! Gas, groceries and building materials are all right here in town.
